Winston Langley is working closely with North Ryde RSL and Eastwood Rugby to regenerate the 6.2ha TG Millner Field in Marsfield in Sydney.
Our planning proposal, known as Marsfield Common, proposes 132 terrace houses of no more than two storeys and a new 1ha public park for the local community.
Our proposal has the potential to serve as a ‘lighthouse’ project for the new NSW Government in terms of delivering new low-rise medium-density housing stock, key-worker/affordable housing, extensive public open space, and substantial financial contributions to the community.
The success of our proposal will secure the future of both North Ryde RSL and Eastwood Rugby, with funds from the successful redevelopment of TG Millner being applied to the creation of three (3) new sporting fields for Eastwood Rugby at Castle Hill – effectively replacing the underutilised and dilapidated facilities at TG Millner – while still delivering $25M in benefits to the Ryde community.
