Winston Langley has worked closely with the Board and Management of the Cronulla Sharks since 2010, securing a development partner for the Club and subsequently receiving approval for a development comprising 870 residential apartments, new playing fields, a new 6,000m² Club, 16,500m² retail shopping centre and a hotel.
Winston Langley remains integrally involved with the project, both in terms of representing the Club’s interests in the overall development and in working closely with the Club in the design and construction of the new Club facility.
