The Bronte RSL Club served the Bronte community with distinction since the 1940s but was forced to close in 2012 due to the dire financial position of the Club.
The Club could no longer meet the needs of the dynamic and evolving community in the Bronte area and the Sub-Branch, as the owner of the land, entered into an agreement with Winston Langley as its development partner to redevelop the property.
Winston Langley secured development approval to transform this landmark site in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs into a mixed-use project containing 21 luxury residential apartments and a boutique retail component.
